The EBB president has congratulated Salvador Illa on his victory, and the Junts on the “good results” that “consolidate it as the leading sovereigntist force.”
The chairman of the EBB of the PNV, Andoni Ortuzarbelieves that, following the results of the elections for the Parliament of Catalonia, “it is time for politics, dialogue and the ability to conclude agreements between different parties, in search of the best for the Catalan nation.”
In a post on social networks, the Jeltzale leader analyzed the victory of the PSC, with 42 seats, ahead of Junts (35 seats) and ERC (20 seats).
‘The results of the Catalan elections reflect the complexity and plurality of politics in Calatunya. The first demonstrations on the formation of the next government for the Generalitat were cramped and the margins for action were small,” Ortuzar judged.
‘It’s time for politics, for… dialogue and the ability to make agreements between different oneslooking for the best for the Catalan nation,” he added.
After congratulate Junts for “the good results achieved in a difficult campaign, which consolidate it as the leading sovereigntist force”, Ortuzar has recognized also the victory of the socialist Salvador Illawhich he congratulated.
