– Commutation of sentences: The plenary session of the Spanish Senate will hold the debate this Monday on the bill on the exchange of criminal records, which will allow prisoners to commute sentences from abroad, after being postponed by the PP last Tuesday. This reform would affect 44 prisoners of the ETA organization, who have been disbanded and missing since 2018, speeding up their release.
– Flexible recordings: The Spanish Government’s Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration will meet (12:30) with social actors to set the table through which dialogues will begin to reform temporary disability to provide greater flexibility.
