– Commutation of sentences: The plenary session of the Spanish Senate will hold the debate this Monday on the bill on the exchange of criminal records, which will allow prisoners to commute sentences from abroad, after being postponed by the PP last Tuesday. This reform would affect 44 prisoners of the ETA organization, who have been disbanded and missing since 2018, speeding up their release.
– Flexible recordings: The Spanish Government’s Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration will meet (12:30) with social actors to set the table through which dialogues will begin to reform temporary disability to provide greater flexibility. The minister of the sector proposed that workers on medical leave could gradually return to work, voluntarily and under medical supervision, which generated quite a controversy and position against the Minister of Labor, Yolanda Díaz.
– Complaint by the PP against the PSOE: The Popular Party will file a complaint with Investigative Court Number 5 of the National Court against the PSOE for alleged illegal financing, bribery and influence peddling. According to the popular sources, there are ‘eight highways of corruption’, which concern issues related to the ‘Koldo case’, Delcy Rodríguez’s trip to Spain, ‘the socialist corruption of the VAT on hydrocarbons’, the case which was opened to Begoña Gómez, the wife of the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, or his brother, and that they all have a common bond and that it is the same President.
