Fight for voters – Harris on Trump: “He is weak and unfit”

Date:

Three weeks before the US presidential elections on November 5, Kamala Harris is increasingly focusing her campaign on winning black votes and tackling Trump’s age and health. “I will point out that the people who worked most closely with Donald Trump when he was president (…) all said he was dangerous and unfit to hold office.”

Kamala Harris accused Trump in a radio interview of not standing up for the Constitution. “This man is weak and unfit,” she said after Trump’s strange campaign appearance in Pennsylvania, which once again raised doubts about his suitability for the presidency.

“Lost and Confused”
Her team said Trump seemed “lost, confused and frozen” during his performance, which ended with a music show.

During his appearance (see video below), Trump spoke to a packed room while two of his supporters suffered a weak attack – organizers then played the “Ave Maria”, which is often played at funerals. The event was later turned into a music event.

“I hope he’s doing well.”
At first Trump answered the questions kindly, then he had enough and let his favorite music play for about 30 minutes, during which he moved slightly back and forth. Kamala Harris later responded ironically on the online service X: “I hope he’s doing well.”

Joe Biden taunts Trump: “Loser!”
US President Joe Biden also ridiculed Trump after the bizarre performance. “He stood on stage and danced for 30 minutes,” Biden said at an event in Philadelphia. ‘I mean it. What’s wrong with that guy?” Biden also called Trump a “loser,” quickly adding, “He is a loser in everything he does.” In June, he called Trump a “sucker.”

However, Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said “something very special” happened between Trump and his supporters that evening. Trump himself also defended the event: “It was incredible!”

The election campaign is likely to become even dirtier in the remaining time, as Trump had already called Harris a “freak”, ridiculed her origins and skin color and even accused her of hating Jews. “She has a very low IQ,” he testified to her in Atlanta. “She’s a dumb version of Bernie Sanders and even further left than him.”

Fight for black voters
Harris, meanwhile, is trying to attract votes from black voters. Polls show (still) that they have fewer black voters supporting Harris than US President Joe Biden did in the 2020 election. Their campaign and supporters like Barack Obama are working to win back that support in Michigan and other key states with a narrow majority (see full video). above).

Harris has other important media appointments in the coming days. She will be interviewed by Fox News on Wednesday. Harris is the first woman to run for president of the United States. She would be the second African-American to lead the United States after Barack Obama and also has Asian descent.
