The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has referred to statements by French President Emmanuel Macron as a threat to his country (see video above). Moreover, the politician is compared to dictator Adolf Hitler. Unlike him and predecessor Napoleon, Macron is “not very neat,” Lawrow said.
Moreover, he accused him of “non -intelligent accusations”. Lavrov referred to a television address in Macron on Wednesday. In it he had considered placing allies under the protection of French nuclear weapons and warned about Russia as a threat to Europe.
“When he sees us as a threat, a meeting of the staff of European countries and Great Britain explains that the use of nuclear weapons is needed and willing to use nuclear weapons against Russia, then this is of course a threat,” Lavrow said.
Peace forces “Participation in the war”
European peace enforcement officers in Ukraine would consider Russia as a NATO presence. “(…) They mean an official participation of NATO troops in the war against Russia. We can’t allow that.” From a Russian point of view, no compromises are possible here. Various European and government heads had expressed the idea of sending a European peace voucher to Ukraine as soon as a stakes was agreed.
Macron would not think of peace, had left important facts in his speech and did not mention the justified concerns and fears for Russia, said spokesperson for the Presidential Office Dmitri Peskow.
