The land of milk and honey in the Klagenfurt town hall will soon be coming to an end. 320 of the 1650 employees have at least a part -time job, all of which must now be approved. The mayor wants to restore confidence in the population.
A total of 320 Klagenfurt city workers have a part -time job. So far, so good – 250 of the 1,000 employees of the town hall also go to a part -time job in Villach, and 850 of the 3900 employees even have a secondary income in the state of Carinthia. Due to the overtime problem in state capital, all sub -time jobs are now being investigated again.
Rathaus employees have different part-time jobs
Mayor Christian Scheider creates the guidelines, all employment must be reported before 30 June. Experts then decide whether the ceeming tense professions are still allowed or parked. And this not only affects employees of the Professional Fire Brigade, but also in all departments. “Compliance with these guidelines is important to maintain the trust of the population in the magistrate,” says Schierider. “Abuse and loyalty must be checked.”
Are overtime with second jobs?
The type of activity, the scope of the work and the time of exercise must be submitted. Many employees even have different (!)
