Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced billion dollars in investments for the armament of the war fleet of his country. “In the following decade, 8.4 trillion Roebel (around 87 billion euros) are intended for the construction of new boats and ships of the war fleet,” Putin revealed.
The conversion and upgrading of the fleet are due to new dangers and challenges, said the Kremlin Chief Russian press agencies during a meeting about the development of the war fleet in St. Petersburg.
