Already in June there was a small crash in Bad Vöslau (Lower Austria) – with major consequences. City boss Christoph Prinz touched another vehicle with his car while parking and drove as an alcohol driver. Serious consequences can now threaten!
A real outcry echoed through the mineral water metropolis of Bad Vöslau in the Baden district. The reason for this is the Alkolenker affair around mayor Christoph Prinz. While the long-serving city manager is currently on holiday in Thailand, his deputy Thomas Mehlstaub is shedding some light on the matter.
“Unfortunately I have to confirm some rumours. Mayor Prinz hit another vehicle with his car at the end of June and was under the influence of alcohol. A complaint followed and the driver’s license was revoked,” said Mehlstaub on request.
Two per thousand and resignation?
According to an unconfirmed part of the rumours, the top politician on the Flammer list is said to have had more than two parts per thousand of alcohol in his blood. And that in the morning! While Prinz was not available for a statement during his vacation, his party colleague already says that there is now a need for consultation.
“Alcohol has no place in this role and we condemn it. I currently run the company, the office is able to trade”, explains Mehlstaub further. Problems threaten…
