Russian President Vladimir Putin sent only one negotiating team of the third row for peace talks with Ukraine to Turkey on Thursday. He ignored the requirement of WolodyYyr Senskyj to take a seat at the table. The Ukrainian president now took the consequences.
The calculated absence of the Kremlin chef has already picked up doubts about the chances of success of the conversations – the first since the early war weeks in March 2022. It is not known whether there are negotiations. So far there was only confusion about the appointment.
