The American Vice President JD Vance has sent back the Platform X of Tech billionaire Elon Musk and switched to liberal competitor Bluesky. There, however, he was immediately blocked because he was thought that he was being simulated …
The deputy of US President Donald Trump registered at Bluesky on Wednesday, divided a screensbot on X and asked his four million subscribers to move with him. He then wrote on Bluesky in his first message: “Hello Bluesky, I was told that this app has become the contact point for political discussions and analyzes with common sense.”
However, the enthusiasm quickly got a damper when the bill of the vice president was immediately closed in the short term. He did not comment on the incident, his account was quickly unlocked. A spokesperson for the platform indicated that the system in Vance wrongly recognized an unwanted imitator. This error was then quickly remedied. “We welcome the vice president to participate in the discussion about Bluesky”.
Many Trump opponents on the platform
Bluesky is used by Trump opponents and many people who no longer want to use X because of the conspiracy theories, hateful speeches and right -wing extremist positions that spread there. Both online services have not published information about their figures for several months. Experts estimate that X had around 600 million users at the beginning of 2025 and Bluesky was founded around the 30th Bluesky in 2019 by Jack Dorsey, who was the head of Twitter until Musk bought the service in 2022 and released the leadership.
In the meantime, Musk, who has massively supported Trump in the election campaign and played an influential role in his government for months, has become out of grace.
