Radical Islamic Hamas has approved the release of ten Israeli hostages. Other central negotiating points, such as the supply of relief supplies in the Gaza Strip, “Real guarantees for permanent stops -the Fires” or a withdrawal of the Israeli army from the Palestinian area, are still unclear.
Even before the start of the Gaza interviews in the Qatarian Capital Doha, who has been going on for a few days, Hamas had stated that it still sees the need for clarification in the three points. The Islamic organization “continues to work seriously and positively with the intermediaries to overcome the obstacles,” said Hamas.
Waffenruhe follows the disarmament
According to a high-ranking representative, Israel regards an agreement with the radical Islamic Hamas via a cease-fire and the release of hostages in the next one to two weeks. A permanent fire brigade would be offered if the Hamas agrees. Otherwise the military operation in the Gaza Strip will continue.
