The Regional Court of Wiener Neustadt has 485 cases for assessment. “400 cases of this are only without evidence. However, these cases are attributed to me, although this seems completely unclear,” notes the accused against the “Kroon”. According to the public prosecutor, only about one third of the cases were charged because the extensive investigations would have lasted longer, as was known after the first day of the trial in April.
