“Krone”: The US Development Aid Authority USAID was officially stopped working a few days ago. What does this mean for the daily work of the World Food Program?
Martin Frick: That met us in the goal. The American authority is not only assumed, the funds also break away from European encores on a large scale. This year we have 40 percent less money than last year. This is dramatic! We are the largest humanitarian organization in the world, the entire sector is being hit. The cuts with us alone will also hunger 12 million people.
