The Sporting Gijonwho are going through a bad moment after losing the two previous games of LaLiga SmartBank (against Racing de Santander and Zaragoza), was reunited this Friday with victory by overcoming The Molinon in Ibiza (2-1) with goals from Paul Insua Y Juan Otero.
To be fair, it should be noted that the Ibiza he deserves better luck than losing because luckily he is superior to Sporting Gijon although he was eventually burdened by the aimlessness of his troops and by being lower on the scoreboard as soon as possible.
In particular, the opening goal was made by Paul Insua in the 4th minute of the match as a result of a foul kicked in the area by Pedro Diaz. From there, the Sporting Gijon limited himself to managing his advantage, but the pitcher went to the origin so much that in the end the Ibiza he found the equalizer in the 38′. He said as much as he signed it eatwhich surprised Mariño with a loud shot.
The break reached that 1-1 in the light and, although in the second half Ibiza showed signs of going for the three points, in the 59th minute the Sporting Gijon when dialing Juan Otero in a play where the Ibizan defense did not know how to disrupt the danger in their area.
After that 2-1, half an hour of extra play went by but the scoreboard didn’t move again and the three points remained in Gijón.
