England’s women’s team, champions of the European Championship held this summer, will hold a training camp and play two friendlies next November against Japan and Norway at the Pinatar Arena in Murcia.
The winners of the continental event to be held in their country in July will travel to the Murcia region to continue preparations for the 2023 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, with the draw taking place on October 22 in Auckland.
The English Federation (FA) has formally made the reservation for their team’s stay in Murcia, where they will face Japan and Norway in two friendlies on November 11 and 15.
The English team led by Sarina Wiegman will land in Spain after the matches it will play in October against the United States, at Wembley Stadium, and later against the Czech Republic, in Brighton.
England won the last Women’s European Championship after beating Germany in the final 2-1, the same result they got against Spain in extra time in the quarterfinals of the championship
