Sam Saiz is ready again after some busy on the foot that a month of competition was set aside. Samu’s last appearance was in front of Legs in Benito Villamarín, a match in which he played 20 minutes.
The player has noticed getting lost in the city of Sevillian and, the game against Verdiblancos, was the point to rest. After returning from the Andalusian capital, the first national team break of the course began with the Catalan side deciding to move to La Garrotxa to better prepare for the upcoming games.
In that break, Samu could barely train usually due to the persistence of these discomforts, he was only able to train with the group on the first day of October, just 24 hours before the team faced Real Sociedad.
Samu conveyed his concern to the coaching staff, so they agreed on the no call of Madrilenians against the Basques. That call won’t come next week’s visit to Cívitas Metropolitano either, as the midfielder will need to be in top form to set foot on the green again.
The discomfort seems to be affecting when stepping and supporting the foot with force. Despite this, Samu was already part of the list of those called up for the last match in the league against Cádiz. The rojiblanco cannot play any minutes, but the fact of sitting on the bench is a sign that he is now available to help the team.
Without further ado, in a week where two games are played, Samu I can have a few minutes again and begin to pick up, little by little, the rhythm of the game.
