Dimitris Serjogins and Cristina Silva once again proved the success in Sant Silvestre de El Masnou

In the women, Cristina Silva from Barcelona continued her brilliant career and won in 16:39, beating young Mercè Sánchez in 1:0920 years old and captain of the Edinburgh University athletics team, who came in with 17:48, one second ahead of Latvian Kitija Valtere (17:49), winner in 2019.
