Jenni Hermoso doubled in Pachuca’s comeback

Spaniard Jennifer Hermoso converted a double on Saturday to become Pachuca’s heroine in their 2-3 victory over Pumas UNAM in the Clausura 2023 Mexican women’s soccer tournament.

Pumas took the lead in the game with goals from Venicia Juárez and Marylin Díaz. Pachuca responded with two goals from Hermoso and one in extra time from Janelly Farias.

In his double Hermoso he reached four goals in the tournament and started all four games played as a starter.
