The Spanish-Venezuelan Ronny Landaeta won the Spanish Super Middleweight Championship this Saturday against José Luis Navarro Jr., by technical knockoutat the Municipal Sports Palace of Vista Alegre.
The match began with José Luis Navarro Jr wanting distance, trying to take advantage of his superiority in height, but Ronny Landaeta played his cards and ended the first two rounds with equal points.
From the third round, the young man from Córdoba led the fight against an opponent showing some fatigue at the end of three minutes.
In the midst of the fight, Ronny Landaeta found himself with the possibility of winning the national title and he believed in the sixth round, where he was able to knock out a Navarro who conceded his first career technical knockout loss.
For the rest of the night, Kevin Triana, Xispi and Robin Zamora won their matches against Eddy López, Eliezer Quezada and Gadatamen Taylor, respectively.
