On the one hand, it fines the French club 30,000 euros and orders the implementation of the suspended disciplinary measure imposed by Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Committee in its decision of November 2, 2022, also for lighting flares. This assumes the partial closure of the stadium in sectors/stands C, D, E, F; in the next match in the UEF competition, where Nantes plays as the home club. In addition, there is another fine of 18,125 euros for throwing objects, 10,000 euros for sending provocative messages of an offensive nature and 8,000 euros for infringing the pitch.
