The Spanish Daniel Ceballosmidfielder of real Madridexplained his team’s loss against villarreal (2-3) for not knowing how to “close the game” after leading twice on the scoreboard.
“It’s bittersweet because we were ahead twice, but we didn’t know how to close the game,” he commented to Movistar +.
“We came from playing a great game in Camp Nou, and you have to be objective and know that the league is quite far and because of that you are different going into the games. It’s a shame because we came to a good dynamic”, he said. A ceballos who chose to forget the defeat.
“Today we have two or three days to train and disconnect from what I went through today to focus on Wednesday, which is important for the future of the season,” he declared.
