The Spanish forward Marco Asensio who sustained a leg injury in September, is again among those summoned by Luis Enrique for the League match that Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will play tonight against Monaco.
Asensio, 27 years old, left the list of injured of the Parisian club last week and trained with his teammates without feeling pain in the affected area, but he was left out of Luis Enrique’s repertoire to play in the last league match, against Rennes.
The coach of Asturian origin asked “sorry” with the former Madrid player, who injured his leg on September 8 in a match with the Spanish team.
That injury cost him a loss over a dozen calls with his new club, where he scored two goals and one assist in his first three games.
However, the Brazilian will not play this Friday Marquinhoswho came back injured from playing with his national team, like his teammate Warren Zaire-Emery including France.
Apart from the league match with Monaco at home tonight, PSG have another important match on Tuesday at the Parc des Princes against Newcastle English.
That match will determine a good part of their chances of qualifying for the round of 16 of Champions League in group F, which also includes Milan and Dortmund and where everyone is open.
