André Onana was again in the picture with a goal. Aston Villa visited Old Trafford in the traditional Premier League matchday on Boxing Day and got on the scoreboard with a goal which saw the Manchester United goalkeeper picked out again.
The goal came from a shot from the right side of a substituted foot from John McGinn. A center that went into the net without any player touching it, neither ‘red devils’, nor ‘villain’, despite the fact that Diego Carlos first and Ollie Watkins tries to finish, confusing Onana.
The Cameroonian goalkeeper, who conceded a few minutes later to make it 0-2, was the work of Leander Dendoncker, received whistles from United fans as he approached the midfield line to send in a cross.
