Several Sevilla footballers have announced their return from the Christmas holidays, scheduled this Friday, December 29, for the whole group, a date presented by up to 8 professionals, mainly injured who want to speed up their recovery processes.
Jesús Navas, Marcao, Acuña, Nianzou, Fernando, Mariano and Badé returned to the sports city a few days ago to speed up their set-up. In the case of Marcao, he already had a few minutes in the game against Granada after not playing for more than half a year.
There are still some other injured players who should return to the discipline of the group, such as Nyland, Joan Jordán and Lukebakio, although the Belgian suffered a knee injury that will stop him from playing for longer, at least two and half a month.
Quique Sánchez Flores, new Sevilla coach, has scheduled the return of the whole group this Friday when he will start preparing in earnest for the first game of the year against Athletic at the Sánchez Pizjuán on January 4.
