Jaume Munar26 years old and world No. 72, lost in the first round of Masters 1,000 on the hard court Miami (USA)but he left an incredible sporting gesture during the match against his young compatriot Martin Landaluce (360º), who at the age of 18 achieved his first victory in a main draw of ATP6-3, 1-6 and 7-5.
At 3-3 in the third set and two break points for Munar, the match entered its decisive phase when a ball boy’s foot failed so badly that the young man remained on the tennis court.

Jaume immediately saw the problem and approached the ball boy to ask how he was doing. Since the boy could not put his foot on the ground or walk on his own, Munar and another person took the ball boy himself and brought him out to the court to the applause of the public.
Once the young man was seated in a chair, Jaume bid him farewell, making a fist in another comforting gesture for the ball boy, even though the pain was obvious.
