The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) announced, in a statement, that “issues of a disciplinary nature” were emanating from the party Sestao River-Rayo Majadahondaof First RFEFsuspended for racist insults reported by the visiting goalkeeper, “will be resolved based on the referee’s report”, the Asturian Francisco Garcia Riesgo.
The RFEF explained that the match “was suspended in the 84th minute after an incident between fans behind the Campo Municipal de Las Llanas and Cheikh Sarrgoalkeeper of the visiting team, who reported receiving racist insults without any member of the referee team, given their position on the field, hearing them.
