The Marbella boxer Ayoub Ghadfa Drissi qualified for the quarterfinals of the Bangkok Pre-Olympic Tournament (Thailand) in more than 92 acts by defeat, by unanimous decision of the judges, Muhammad Abroridinov, from Tajikistan, announced the Royal Spanish Boxing Federation, so he only needs one more win to get his tickets to the Paris Games.
The Spanish boxer will be looking for his spot against Austrian Ahmed Hagagwith victories and medals on the continent, although Ayoub Ghadfa Drissi is going through a great moment of form and a month ago he won the European Championship in Belgrade.
Ayoub Ghadfa made his debut on Wednesday in the Pre-Olympic with a victory over Canadian Doni George Foreman thanks to the superiority shown in the first two rounds, when he activated punching combinations that gave him points and became an impenetrable wall for Foreman.
In the third set, and with the first two decided in favor of the Spanish representative, the threat came in the form of a handball from Foreman, although the Spaniard recovered and was able to seal his victory.
