“I had depression from a young age.when I was about 13. Also, he said that the covid-19 pandemic prompted him to make “profound personal changes” and in addition to participating in various charitable, audiovisual and fashion projects, he also started meditate, something he does every day, after waking up at five in the morning and going for a ten-kilometer run to “clear his mind.”
