Juventus reported today that the Polish striker Arkadiusz Milik He underwent a new operation on his left knee after undergoing surgery for the first time in June.
“On Wednesday, Arkadiusz Milik underwent an arthroscopic suture of the meniscus in his left knee,” the Turin club explained in its statement. “The duration of his recovery will be determined at the end of further tests.”
Despite not specifying the period of absence, Italian media suggest that Milik is still two months away from the playing fields.
Low in the Euro Cup
The 30-year-old Polish forward was injured in June in his national team’s friendly against Ukraine ahead of Euro 2024 and, after missing the tournament, has not played since.
