Sainz and the DANA leadership: “I’m angry”

Carlos Sainz explained this Friday that he was “angry about some things” regarding DANA’s leadershipbut at the same time, “he was surprised by the reaction of the young people, who showed a good example, but also of the people of Valencia”, for “how they helped each other and it became an example that reached the rest part of Spain.”

Presenting the Solidarity on Wheels event, which delivered eighty vehicles to many others affected by DANA, Sainz He stressed that “the least he can do is” in the Cheste circuit (Valencia), supporting the Valencians.

“I, like all Spaniards, am amazed, impressed and angry at the same time for some things, but very surprised by the reaction of the rest of Spain, with the young people, who have shown a good example, but also those Valencian among them, because it is an example that has reached other parts of Spain.”

Also, he stressed that the Solidarity on Wheels initiative, which hopes to deliver more than a thousand vehicles to the victims of the tragedy, “is a great initiative because what is needed is help now, quickly, directly.”
