The goalkeeper of FC Barcelona and former of City of Manchester, Ellie Roebuckwill experience a very special match this Wednesday and chatted with MD to comment on it and to tell how his first months at the Barça club have been. In an interview to be published in full this Tuesday, Roebuck pointed out about his friends to City of Manchester that “My focus is completely on Barcelona. I have friends there, but we haven’t talked about football this week.”
From the call from his representative to tell me that the Barça he loved it, he remembered it as “a whirlwind.” She added that “for me it was a no-brainer from the first moment. I was completely determined, there was no debate or doubt.”
Regarding her adaptation to the team and the group of goalkeepers, she confessed that “everyone supports you, we all want each other to be successful, and that can only help the team. They have supported me since I came, and the goalkeeping coach, Uri, is also very nice.”
