Electric vehicles arrive at the Guardia Civil for the first time. This police force is integrating electric motorcycles into its fleet for the first time and has purchased 157 new Zero FX that will be shipped to the
Nature Protection ServiceSEPRONA, which will thus carry out its mission of preserving wealth and natural resources by using 100% zero-emission motorcycles and minimizing the impact on the environment in the development of its features.
This is the largest purchase of this type of vehicle made and representing a police force in Spain
an increase of 16% of this division’s fleet.
The sale was made through Cooltra, a B2B partner for the US company’s domestic fleets, and is being carried out through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan for an amount of € 2,189,000, and
will be spread throughout the national territory between the different SEPRONA patrols.
The Zero FX is a model that will adapt perfectly to the needs of SEPRONA agents thanks to its
our off-road featureslike the Z-Force transmission system, the long-travel suspension and the dual sport equipment, which allows you to drive on almost any terrain.
It is equipped with the Z-Force 75-5 engine with power and torque of 106 Nm and 44 hp at 4,500 rpm respectively. With ZF 7.2 batteries
the autonomy is more than 145 kilometers and its top speed can reach almost 140 km/h. The standard full charge time is 9.7 hours. In addition, these units include a police kit with grill.
