Alpine A110 R combines a radical expression of performance and sportiness

The new Alpine A110 R is therefore the crowning glory of the A110 range. As the ultimate expression of lightness and performance, the new Alpine A110 R has been designed to offer unique sensations on the track while still being approved for road use.
The A110 R is distinguished by intensive lightening work that has reduced its weight to 1,082 kilograms, which is 34 kilograms less compared to the A110 S. The aerodynamics have also been modified to improve support on the ground and reduce drag. For the first time in the A110 range, some parts, such as the bonnet, rear window and diffuser, have been redesigned and are therefore specific to this version.
The chassis, which is uniquely tuned, the 300 hp 1.8-litre engine and the racing atmosphere of the interior also contribute to this radical approach, which is designed to make the driving experience more intense.
Powered by a 1.8 4-cylinder turbocharged engine mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, the Alpine A110 R shows off perfect muscle under the hood. The maximum torque of 340 Nm is available from 2,400 rpm, while the maximum power of 300 hp is reached at 6,300 rpm.
With the ‘Launch Control’ function, the new sports car accelerates to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds, with a top speed of 285 km/h. This achievement puts it in the first position of the A110 range.
The diffuser has been redesigned to provide an unparalleled driving experience and spectacular looks. Made of carbon and fiberglass to save weight, it also responds perfectly to the challenges of aerodynamics. Thanks to its larger dimensions and the extension to the rear, it generates a rapid airflow to the bottom and therefore a greater negative pressure.
