Only 214 copies of the Audi Sport Quattro were built
The four-ring brand revolutionized the world rally championship with the Audi Quattro and its four-wheel drive. The unit we tested, which belonged to King Juan Carlos, is the latest evolution, the most spectacular, with a short chassis to correct understeer and maneuverability problems.
With the hood lowered, we find a five-cylinder turbo engine that achieves 306 hp in the street version. The Audi Sport Quattro competition doubled that figure.
