The perfect combination of the emblematic design of the Fiat 500, the electrified engines and the casual Italian lifestyle is reflected in the convertible and convertible versions of the two models. An ode to carefree and ‘open air’ driving, the special edition ‘Dolcevita’ has not been able to escape 100% electrification, as witnessed by the 48 volt hybrid engines: 97 kW (130 hp) 1.5 T4 with DCT transmission for the 500X and 51 kW (70 hp) 1.0 with MT transmission for the 500. Both feature state-of-the-art hybrid technology that is not only environmentally friendly and affordable due to low maintenance costs, but above all simple and made with people in mind.

This vehicle stands out for its elegant Gelato White body, which is exclusively combined with an ivory soft top. Designed not to compromise the boot space, the stylish soft top opens in seconds at the push of a button. To complete this sophisticated ‘outfit’, elegant chrome and satin details stand out – on the grille, the frame of the fog lamps and the mirror caps – and 18-inch alloy wheels with gray details and the ‘Dolcevita’ logo.’ elegantly italicized. Inside, ivory soft-touch seats with white piping and ‘500’ logos stand out.

The driver’s seat is equipped with electric controls. The white dashboard and chrome gear knob make this new special edition even more exclusive. Standard equipment includes rain and light sensors, a rear view camera and the 18 cm (7”) Uconnect infotainment system complete with navigation, DAB radio, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The special edition 500X ‘Dolcevita’ is equipped with the 48V T4 130 CV DCT system which combines the latest generation FireFly engine with a 1.5 liter 4-cylinder petrol engine capable of delivering up to 97 kW (130 hp) with a torque of 240 Nm, and the 48-volt, 15 kW electric motor in the new 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox that improves the vehicle’s dynamics and efficiency and even allows driving with the combustion engine switched off.

The new vehicle is only available in the Cabrio version and includes the Gelato White body combined with the beige bonnet. The mirror caps are chrome-plated, while the 41 cm (16”) light-alloy wheels are diamond-cut black. To round it off elegantly, the ‘Dolcevita’ logo is written in italics.

The interior becomes even more elegant with ivory colored seats with Frau leather inserts and white 500 logos, wooden dashboard, leather gear lever, 50/50 split rear seats and specific mats with white edges.

Standard equipment includes the 18 cm (7”) TFT infotainment system, complete with navigation system. In addition, the special edition 500 ‘Dolcevita’ offers exclusively the 51 kW (70 hp) MT Hybrid engine which offers a pleasant and comfortable driving experience, as well as better fuel economy and lower emissions. The secret lies in the synergistic combination of the innovative 1-litre 3-cylinder engine from the FireFly family with 70 hp (51.5 kW), a 12-volt BSG (Belt Integrated Starter Generator) motor and a lithium-ion battery. . lithium, an efficient, compact and lightweight combination of hybrid power.
