Some people in the Klaus municipality in Vorarlberg had to wait longer on Saturday evening for the food they ordered. Reason: The delivery driver crashed into a tree on his way to the delivery address and flipped over.
According to initial information, the 38-year-old delivery man was on his way to the city from the Sattelberg shortly after 9 p.m. to deliver the ordered food. When he looked at the order form again, the man left the lane and crashed into a tree.
The force of the impact caused the car to roll over and land on its roof. The 38-year-old was treated on the spot by the emergency doctor and then taken to hospital by ambulance.
