13-year-old Silina has been missing since May 15. She was last seen leaving her school in the Liesing district around 5 p.m. “Before her disappearance, she allegedly said that her boyfriend, named Max, would pick her up and that he would continue to care for her,” Vienna police said on Monday.
Suspicion of child abduction
The identity of this previously unknown man is the subject of investigation. The search for him is underway and it is suspected that child abduction has taken place. According to the girl’s statements, the unknown man is 17 years old. However, researchers estimate his actual age to be around 20 years old.
