An 84-year-old woman from Flachgau caused a stir today, Tuesday, around 10 a.m. She collided with her car against the business premises of a supermarket in Elsbethen (Flachgau) in Salzburg.
The 84-year-old wanted to park her car in the parking lot of the supermarket. The driver reversed and unbraked through the glass front of the store. The window to the customer area shattered. Shards of glass were thrown at the cash register, injuring two customers at the cash register.
Two ambulances treated the injured person at the scene. The two customers then sought medical help themselves. The 84-year-old driver was not injured. A breathalyzer was negative.
