A judge in the US state of Utah caused horror with his verdict. Lindsay Marsh is feeling sexually exploited.
After 25 years of marriage, Lindsay Marsh filed for divorce. As a result, her ex-husband Chris made a list of things he wants to keep. Including an album with erotic photos of his ex-wife. When the relationship was still fresh, Lindsay surprised her partner with the professional shots, including loving and very intimate words.
Richter awarded the nude photos to the ex-husband
The American therefore insisted on keeping the album for himself and burning the photos. She was all the more shocked when Judge Michael Edwards sided with her ex-husband and awarded him the album.
Judge Edwards justified his decision: “The ex-husband is entitled to the photos with the words his then wife personally addressed to him as a memento.”
sentence softened
“I am shocked. I feel humiliated, sexually exploited and degraded,” Lindsay said. To which the judge conceded and ruled that she could keep the original album, but that she had to give her husband a copy with censored photos.
