The agreement between PSOE and United We Can comes at dawn, hours before the Council of Ministers.

The Council of Ministers will approve the General State Budgets (PGE) for 2023 once the coalition partners of the Spanish government, PSOE and United We Can, have reached an agreement this morning on its text.
According to executive sources, budgets will highest social expenditure in history to “strengthen the welfare state” and represent a “new sign of stability”.
The agreement is concluded “in extremis”just hours before the meeting of the Council of Ministers, and after heavy negotiations between the partners.
As reported by the Secretary of State for Communications, the agreement will be formalized at a meeting between the President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sanchezand the second vice president and minister of labor, YOlanda Diazand will then be submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval.
