An unscrupulous fraudster in Tulln, Lower Austria, lured 50,000 euros from her superstitious victim. Now she’s caught.
“Who knows the miracle healer?” – Police in Tulln made a name for themselves in June with a rather unusual search. At the time, an initially unknown woman had approached passers-by on the street because “a curse weighed on them”. In at least one case, the self-proclaimed seer found a willing victim — handing her a whopping $50,000. Unfortunately, a specter of the “witch” didn’t bring the desired success – but the “Krone” report warned Tullner’s people when the sniper just threw her out again.
Had “negative appearance”
The businessmen suspiciously filed a complaint when the stranger witnessed to them a “negative aura”. The healer ran away, but soon ran into the arms of the patrol officers. “The woman had several objects in her bag that indicate occult activities,” police said. According to the director, the 44-year-old would have offered her magical services in Vienna and Styria. The suspect denies everything. An advertisement follows.
