Wanting to ‘exterminate’ his boss, a 23-year-old provoked a large-scale police action in Vienna-Margareten on Wednesday: after the manager contacted the man because he was on long-term sick leave, he is said to have talked to him about a bomb threat on his mobile box. ..
The 43-year-old supervisor heard the threatening message around 1.45 pm and immediately alerted the police. As for the location of the threat, there was only a hint in the message, police said Thursday.

The police then cordoned off a large area of Bruno-Kreisky-Park because it was a threat site. While officials were combing the park, the 23-year-old’s whereabouts in Landstrasse were simultaneously determined.
Fortunately, no bomb was found, but the 23-year-old was found in a bar.
