The man, a 41-year-old from the St. Veit area, is said to have massively sexually abused his three daughters as small children – so severely that two of the girls are suffering serious psychological consequences, and one is also threatening to commit suicide.

“We have reported serious sexual assault involving serious bodily harm, incest, abuse of authority as well as harassment and neglect,” said Markus Kitz, a prosecutor for his colleague’s ineffective indictment. Denise Ebner, who had meticulously rolled up the case for months.
Brother asked for help
Everything was blown up after the alleged pedophile’s 12-year-old son confided in an aunt. That’s why Peter* had to watch as the father mistreated his youngest sister Mia*, who was just six years old. The shocked relatives alerted the police, the investigation subsequently revealed that the sisters Luisa* and Steffi* – born in 2003 and 2005 – had also been victims. A girl had to serve as a sexual partner for her father until she was 14 before he attacked the next, younger daughter.
The allegations are so appalling that they upset even hardened lawyers. The suspect would not have confessed himself: “The children are lying”, he says.
All four victims (*names have been changed) were questioned in a hostile and friendly manner and based on their statements, the father could face up to 15 years in prison. If the charges become effective, the trial under Judge Gernot Kugi could take place as late as this year.
