Hospitalized patients with COVID reaction and incidence increases among people over 60 years of age

The number of coronavirus patients hospitalized in intensive care units is declining: this Tuesday it stands at 368, a decrease from 371 on Friday. The rest of the hospitalized coronavirus, however, increased to 4,779, with an arrest rate of 3.87%.

Spain faces its final week with mandatory indoor masks. The event, which will make its use voluntary, will be approved next Tuesday and will take effect on Wednesday, the 20th, although there are exceptions where it should be implemented: health centers, nursing homes and public transport.

In addition to these places, “responsible use” is recommended for the general population in virtually all indoor spaces where there is socialization, such as shops, cinemas, theaters or concert halls, as well as for vulnerable people.
