What’s wrong with our youth? Police in Upper Austria are now investigating two boys, just 13 years old. The two boys acted with inappropriate brutality towards their victims and even had fun doing it.
After the riots on Halloween night, the following police report about violent youth shocked the public. As a result of extensive investigations by the criminal department of the police command of the city of Linz, a boy from Ried im Traunkreis and a Romanian citizen from Linz have now been identified as the perpetrators. The incredible thing: the two are only 13 years old.
mass violence
However, their actions indicate an incredible potential for violence. On October 16, 2022, around 4:30 am, the boys attacked a 48-year-old man from Linz on Goethestrasse and stole his wallet, mobile phone and cigarettes with the most massive use of force (punches and kicks). They then used the stolen debit card at a cigarette machine.
Second raid
But the two didn’t have enough. Around 6 a.m., the two men attacked a 20-year-old from Gmunden at Linz Central Station and stole his wallet, mobile phone, wristwatch and jacket, also using massive amounts of violence. Both victims were injured in the brutal attacks.
Actions filmed with a mobile phone
The two 13-year-olds filmed their actions with their cell phones. They confessed to the interrogations and stated that they just wanted to ‘pull’ the victims. And they don’t care that some of their victims were seriously injured.
desire for violence
According to the 13-year-old Romanian, it’s funny to step on someone else’s head. During a voluntary inspection of the suspect’s homes, the debit cards, mobile phones and coat of a victim were found.
