Republicans have announced a parliamentary inquiry into US President Joe Biden. His family was said to have enriched themselves in questionable international affairs.
Matters were largely led by Biden’s son Hunter, also in China, US MP James Comer said. However, according to whistleblowers, Biden was involved. Republicans now want to consider whether the president poses a threat to national security. The investigation will be “top priority” and should include testimony from Hunter and other family members, Comer said.
Several MPs spoke on Thursday about questionable international transactions by the von Biden family. The Republicans will in future lead the House of Representatives, according to the vote count on Thursday evening. This is more than a week after the US congressional elections.
They had previously threatened to launch parliamentary inquiries into the president and his policies. No sooner had a majority in the US House of Representatives been achieved than the Republicans seem to have carried out their threat.
