A handsome, muscular man who has been active in IS-related chat groups since 2014 and has also shared radical videos himself. He is accused of driving the later Viennese assassin Kujtim F. in his car to Bratislava on July 21, 2020, where he tried to get ammunition for the AK 47 assault rifle used in the terrorist attack in a gun shop.

“Spontaneous shopping trip to Slovakia”
Before losing his cool, the Kosovar, who came to Austria as a child with his grandmother, eloquently described the reason that brought him to court as an accomplice of Kujtim F. The IS terrorist had been killed on November 2, 2020 in the center of Vienna
shot dead four people and wounded dozens in less than two hours. “We spontaneously chose the trip. We wanted to go shopping, thinking that the corona rules in Bratislava are not as strict as in Vienna.”

contradictions in the statements
Arriving in Slovakia, Kujtim F. entered a hunting shop, the suspect followed him. “I didn’t have a mask with me. So I went out again and went to the pharmacy and talked about sexual enhancers.” According to his statements, he does not want to have seen what the later terrorist wanted to buy there – although he said otherwise in an earlier interrogation. “I was under extreme pressure at the time,” he explains. The judge wants to know what he talked to the assassin during the trip: “We talked about training schedules, fitness, nutrition and sports.”

Last encounter with the assassin in October 2020
The first suspect met Kujtim F. in the spring of 2020 when he had a part-time job as a bouncer.
