The eldest daughter, Aishat, is 23 years old and works for Kadyrov as ‘minister of culture’ in Chechnya. The 46-year-old leader is one of Russia’s most radical war supporters. He sent thousands of fighters to Ukraine and spread war propaganda almost daily on the Telegram news app, where he is followed by millions of Russians. According to information from “Bild”, the EU is targeting 136 individuals, including 20 State Duma deputies, 22 members of the Russian Federation Council and three deputy prime ministers, responsible for grain theft in Ukraine. Also affected by the measures: Ten Russian judges and seven officials and Russian governors involved in the deportations of children, plus 31 officers responsible for rocket attacks against Ukrainian targets and infrastructure.
