After 10 years, Hollywood Puma “Brad Pitt” is retired

Wolves are causing a stir here in Austria. But in Hollywood, “Brad Pitt” is the terror of all dog owners. The famous cougar has now been sedated and taken away by Los Angeles Department of Conservation agents.

He enjoys a cult status in Los Angeles, the Puma nicknamed Brad Pitt. The mountain lion has been an integral part of the City of Angels for more than ten years. The people of the Pacific metropolis love him and follow his life. In 2013, the cougar was photographed prancing under the glowing Hollywood sign — this October 22 was declared “P-22 Day.”

But now nothing is what it used to be. The mountain lion has attacked leashed dogs while walking in Griffith Park. Though even the dog owners showed mercy to “P-22,” he was drugged and taken away by Conservation Service officials.
