With a knife about 20 centimeters long in one hand and a drink can in the other hand, a previously unknown perpetrator threatened the cashier of a grocery store in Wolkersdorf in the Weinviertel around 6:05 p.m. on Wednesday. Instead of paying for the drink, the perpetrator himself reached into the cash drawer and took out cash.
The robber then runs off with his loot. The victim was shocked by the robbery, but fortunately was unharmed. An alarm search, which was started immediately, has so far yielded no results.
