Styrian police are still desperately searching for four masked robbers who brutally assaulted a 55-year-old woman in Stattegg on December 13 – in her own home! A piece of jewelery could now clear things up…
It were terrible scenes that took place that evening in mid-December in Stattegg near Graz: four masked robbers attacked the 55-year-old resident who was alone at home. They tied her to a chair with zip ties and tape and asked her to reveal the code to her safe.
Finally, the strangers cut the vault free from its anchorage and fled with it in a white vehicle. The woman was unharmed, but suffered shock.
Exclusive jewelry could help with the solution
Since then, the police have been searching for the perpetrators. A piece of jewelry from the stolen safe could now be a crucial clue: a so-called cabochon bracelet. “Since this is a one-time event, all clues and observations are relevant to the investigation,” police said.
